And remember…drink 8 to 10 glasses of water a day.  Your skin relies on water to keep it healthy!
Another good food to involve in your acne diet is honey.  It is very good for you skin, gives you energy, and has little health side effects!

2.) As we know one of the biggest causes of acne is hormonal imbalance.  Most people experience this during puberty when their hormones are creating excess oil, bacteria, and sebum.  To help this problem, you must know how to correct it.

Exercising is a great way to reduce back acne and cysts.  It reduces the buildup of hormones and cleans out the pores.  This doesn’t mean just going to the gym and hitting the weights.  Running is the best way to treat back acne.


Running stairs or hills seems to be the best form of working out.   Running at steeper grades reduces inflammatory acne and will result in healthier skin.  So get out there and hit the hills!  It’s not only good for your health, but your skin as well!
